**Bookings close for sessions at 9am on the morning of that session**

INFORMATION REGARDING COLLEGE CAMPUS SESSIONS

 

Bookings are live via the bookings link for this Saturday (11th) and Sunday (12th)

Saturday session Eyes Down at 730PM. Doors open at 6pm. Sunday Session Eyes Down at 1PM. Doors open at 12PM. 

 

A COVID-19 plan will be in place. All Bingo patrons will need to enter via the main entrance to have their names marked off before entering the reception foyer to purchase their tickets. All other doors to the Bingo Hall will be locked throughout and will not be available for use.

 

Limited 200 max seats available. Bookings recommended. All bookings will require a deposit of $20 to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted off your total amount spent at the session.

Players can now book more than 1 person under their email when booking.

**Multiple bookings only apply when paying a deposit**

The Bingo Hall will be set up as per the COVID-19 plan which must be adhered to at all times by all patrons. No furniture is to be moved as this is against the COVID-19 Plan. All patrons will be seated as per the 1.5m rule and is 1 person per table. All seats will need to be filled from the right side of the hall first filling all vacant seats and moving across the hall towards the entrance. This is to limit the amount of congregation between all patrons during the sessions.

 

The Tea & Coffee station will not be available under the current COVID-19 Plan. The Canteen will still be available and the 1.5m rule applies while queuing up for food and drink before the session and during the break.

 

Amenities will be open via the foyer hallway and we will have a cleaner on site during the session as per the COVID-19 Plan.

 

There will be no buses running to any of our sessions at Kedron-Wavell or Nudgee College. This may be reviewed at a later date.

 

Bookings are recommended. Walk-ins will be permitted while seats remain available for all sessions. If all seats are booked then all walk-ins will be denied entry.

 

Session formats will be changed and all prizes are subject to ticket sales.
